Her journey through a variety of leadership roles ranging from heading guest services and managing the call center to overseeing inventory and salon operations has prepared her to thrive as District Manager. Carla’s passion lies in developing, educating, and empowering teams to deliver not just exceptional service but memorable guest experiences.
