Carla Romero

Carla has worked at Matthew Morris Salon since its infancy, joining the company in 2012. She has held a number of positions including heading up the guest services, call center, inventory and salon managing departments before moving to her current role as District Manager. Carla has a significant background and a passion in developing, educating, leading and empowering teams to build and maintain great guest relationships and deliver quality service. Adopting the attitude of ‘what can I do to make a difference’ is the approach that she takes in all situations. “With open and honest communications, anything is possible”.
